I ran into the problem that they do not accept QR codes when shipping returned items. However, the gentleman helping me was so patient and helpful, walking me through canceling my returns and printing the shipping labels. Thanks again for your help! I’ll definitely be going here from now on!

Not a great experience at post net today for sure. The usually sweet lady attendant was flat out rude. Her line was getting long so she helped out the customer behind me in the middle of our transaction. I wasn't feeling well as my dog just passed away and it didn't appreciate it one bit. ? just treat everyone like you want to be treated and you never know what someone else is going through. Boo! post net and I am a good customer... 1st time ever I never left a tip.

Sorry that I must give them negative feedback. They are very friendly.Unfortunately, the package I sent was never delivered and damaged during shipping.They would not deliver the damaged package nor refund my cost.There are no pictures of the damage either.Their lack of communication and lack of ability to affect responsibility as a third-party shipper renders them obsolete and completely irrelevant. Just go to a reputable company and bypass this business.

DO NOT DROP OFF PACKAGES HERE!!! I brought a package with a pre-paid label to be printed and sent out and it’s been months with no update on tracking. I’ve contacted them several times to figure out what happened to my package and they can’t give me an answer so I’m thinking an employee stole it. Do one use this business for anything related to mail unless you want to lose money!!Edit: the package was brought on July 19th not before June 7th and the tracking number the owner replied with is not the tracking number for the package. Also I have reached out several times and have gotten no information.
