Very disappointed to know that they are now charging 10 cents per bag, I found this out at the Allen Park location after I had purchased close to 100 dollars worth of merchandise done shopping here… PetSmart it is ✅

Came in feeling worried and left feeling relieved! The staff at this location were so kind and helpful. They listened to my concerns and offered suitable solutions. They took my questions into consideration which I really appreciated. Couldn’t recommend this location more!

I thought they were slow and I was supposed to get 50% off of a product because I bought one to 50% off the other and I didn't and the person who helped me really didn't know what they were talking about and I bought sword tails a male and a female and I got two males maybe just weird

They overbooked by multiple appointments for their vaccine clinic and let me know I have a 5 minute window for my appointment only hours prior via a text message. The message was from Mikayla and was two run-on sentences with poor grammar. Very unprofessional and frustrating. At least call…or maybe only book as many appointments as you can handle. Cancelled my appointment and will not be returning.

This place is awesome! I previously tried to bring my dogs for a grooming appointment at the Farmington Hills location and it was a huge disappointment. They refused my dog claiming he was "too matted" but, I came to this location and it was a great experience. I've come to this place on several occasions and will continue to get my dogs groomed here. The groomers are very friendly and make our visit an enjoyable experience. Thank you for being awesome groomers!

We went to the spa, and the grooming service was truly sensational: attentive, they did a very good job with our pet, they explained things to us, as it was our first time. You definitely come back to these types of places. Also here we find everything for our ?, the prices are reasonable, and the amount of benefits for belonging to Petco are excellent ?

Charging $.10 for a cheap regular bag is dispicable. No thanks, I'll go somewhere cheaper and still have my items bagged with higher quality bags that are no extra charge.
