The faulty phone was in desperate need of an upgrade. The ladies demonstrated great patience and professionalism as they assisted me in finding the right phone with the right protective products to help prevent future accidents. They also went the extra mile in making sure that I was squared away with the (First Net) system as I am a First Responder x 29 yrs (Detroit Fire Dept). I've been to many different locations over the years and so many just rip you off, you're stuck waiting forever, they're constantly trying to upsell, etc. At this location they are totally up front, they tell you exactly how much everything is, which matches the listed prices, there's no hidden unpleasant surprises - they tell you the activation price, phone, service, etc. Not only that, they always let me know when there's a promotion that's applicable, and I've gotten some great deals. They're always very professional, timely, and efficient. 10/10”

“I went here because I had my number for almost 20 years I had gone to a different store and they made me get a new number and that's not what I wanted to do. They told me my phone number was cancelled and it wasn't. Sue was very nice and professional she transferred all my information found my Gmail onto my new phone that the other store gave me when they could have just gave me a phone with my same number. I'll be coming to the store from now on.”

“This location is the location I will going to from now on. It's clean and the Manager James is amazing and so knowledgeable about the phones and how to troubleshoot them. I can finally check my voicemail again! I went in for a new phone and he was very helpful and so personable. He didn't try to upsell me or hassle me. He was patient and let me test out a new phone I wasn't sure about because it wasn't my first choice. Which was perfect because I loved it and ended up getting it. He also got my husband a good deal on a really nice tablet because they are currently having a back to school sale! “Great experience at this Verizon store. Trevor went above and beyond to get me into my new iPhone. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if Trevor is there to help you. He answered all my questions ( if you know me there is usually a lot). He set up my new iPhone which was a bit of a challenge since apple disabled my Apple ID and my old iPhone was an 8. Then he installed the screen protector like a pro (which he is). Definitely go see him.”

“Layth is seriously the best! I was in MI for vacation and my phone broke completely. Since I work from my phone it was imperative that I get a new one STAT! I must also mention I was looking to get out of my Tmobile plan, so Layth took the reigns and totally took care of me. In a matter of 30 minutes, had me signed up with a new Sprint plan with 2 brand new iphones, screen protectors.. the works! This plan is the same price as I currently pay except I didn't have all the bells and whistles like FREE HULU! I called to thank Layth later for making this all a very painless and fast process. He told me I also received 2 $100 gift cards for switching. I am very happy with my service at this location and would recommend that anyone who is having phone trouble or needing to get on a new or cheaper plan.. GO HERE!!!! They will take care of you.
