Disappointed. They don't do walk-ins. I was looking for a new shop and wanted to get my nails done. Even though I was there, as a walk-in I was advised that I could probably get an appointment within the "next 14 days".Sometimes businesses get new clients via walking in. IJS

My first time trying this salon. My nails were horrible! Didn’t last a few days! I paid regularly for nails no matter the price and tip very well at other salons. Thought I’d give them a try. When you have an issue with not enough staff and cannot accommodate people tell them before you take their money or offer money back if you want to gain clientele. The girl even stated she’d only been working there a short time it shows. Doing hair behind a curtain looks so tacky. The place looks like someone’s basement.

Best nail salon I’ve been to! Adrianna actually cares about the HEALTH of your natural nails, and that you’re always satisfied with the work! Also shape is always perfection, and there aren’t really limitations on color/designs like I have experienced elsewhere. Always clean, professional, and overall good experience when I go! I'd been going to Adriana (the owner of Lucy's) for over 5 years and I've had some issues with my nails here and there but it wasn't a big deal because she always responded to me and fixed the issues I had. A couple weeks ago I got my normal gel service done for my birthday and trip out of town. A few days later, while I was out of town I noticed a small chip on the edge of my nail, so I text Adriana to try to set something up to get it fixed because I was only gonna be back in town for a day then I was going back out of town and I didn't want my nails to look raggedy especially while out of town. She didn't respond, so I text her again and she responded, apologizing for not responding and set up a time for the repair. She repaired my nail and I was on my way. A day later (I got the repair done Wednesday and these pics were taken that Friday) after the repair my nail looked worse than before the repair, and now I am out of town with raggedy nails which was very upsetting because this was the nail I just had repaired! I text her a pic of my nail and a message letting her know that I wasn't happy and that this was the situation I was trying to avoid. She never responded to apologize or to say anything. I know she saw the message because she's always looking at her phone even while servicing clients. Needless to say I won't be returning to her for nail services. This is not how you treat a good client of 5+ years.Where was this post for your client's you refer to in your owner's response? As one of your client's I was not notified and saw no post on your business or personal Instagram pages, so where was it posted?
