If you want to waste your time with a manager with an attitude. Go see Tamika it’s like trying to talk to a wall. Bounced me from register to another register because she can’t figure out how to scan a coupon it’s because you got an item that’s a buy back scanned everything oops not that maybe an IT issue let’s go to another register umm need to charge your card then give you the 10% no thanks said that the last time and was fully charged then when tried to fix will take 3-7 days to get a credit. At least Teresa tried to help and spoke without an attitude. Corporate needs to have a talk with Tamika or more training. Never coming to this location again.

My experience with Lowe's and their delivery service has been nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me utterly dissatisfied. It's been a relentless two months since they delivered the wrong fridge, and my attempts to exchange it have been a series of disappointments. The delivery drivers consistently refuse to bring the fridge inside, repeatedly neglecting to follow the necessary protocol of removing the doors.Adding insult to injury, my numerous trips to the store have been a complete waste of time. Complaints to Lowe's managers and the delivery store managers seem to fall on deaf ears, and the promised resolutions are never realized. Today's encounter was particularly infuriating, as the delivery team left my house, claiming they could fit the fridge inside but didn't want to deal with stairs so again they’ve left me with no fridge after several deliver attempts and empty promises.This entire experience has left me beyond frustrated as a customer. Multiple visits to the store, countless complaints, and still, I find myself making payments for a fridge I never ordered. Lowe's has not only failed to provide a resolution but has also wasted my time at every turn. I've reached my limit, and I'm taking my business elsewhere. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of Lowe's – this has been an absolute disaster, and I won't be setting foot into another Lowe's again.

It's a pretty good store but there never really seems to be a lot of customers in here. The higher prices might have something to do with that. But that also seems to be the way at most of the Lowe's that I've been in. Some of the departments at this one are understaffed and they always need more than just one cashier here.

Make sure you check what you get when you do a pick up or curbside because I really think them.kids can't read and give you what they want to give you. I will never return here again.

Good shopping with plenty of helpful employees asking if I needed any assistance.Got a bunch of new houseplants in, that all looked pretty healthy (a nice change from most big box stores).When I visited, they were talking down the display ceiling fans and selling for half off. Could be a good deal for someone, as long as the warranty was still in place.Recommend.

Prices always higher than Home Depot. Plenty of parking, and good location to grab something quickly. Not sure if this is a blue light district location? If so, that means they have problems with crime and theft often.
