Great customer service… Said no one!!!! This store is an absolute joke. Can’t get any help in store. Don’t even bother trying to call. They will leave you on hold for over an hour while switching you back-and-forth from customer service rep to customer service rep and then someone will pick up the phone and hang up on you, if I had any advice, I would say try Home Depot.

It's are go to store for all our home needs.
Hard to find help sometimes, but when I do, they are super kind and caring..

Went in to buy a GE washer & Dryer they did not have model I wanted salesman pushed me toward LG told me how great they were. Told him I had LG washer & dryer it was nothing but problems. He said try them if u don’t love them you have 30 days to exchange. 1st day dryer door fell off as soon as I opened. They exchanged the dryer 2 days later. Did laundry 1st time that afternoon laundry soap was in big blotches on clothes ruined 2 linen shirts. (Yes I did put detergent in dispenser.) by now 2 weeks had passed called up and told them I wanted to exchange for GE. They said only 48 hours for exchange to late. I told them what was going on with the washer. They basically said sorry for your problems. Call LG up to repair LG comes out says everything‘s fixed still experiencing the same problem now I have to buy another new Washer because I cannot lose more clothes. Don’t listen to anything these people say unless you get it in writing from my experience, they have no problem lying to you. They don’t care about you or your hard earned money.

So I made an appointment on Sunday for Tuesday at 5pm. For a kitchen remodel quote and whoever scheduled this thru Lowe's should be fired no call no show Lowe's SUCKS another day at Lowe’s was going to drop 500 plus on a new grill and accessories but most of the employees didn’t want to take the time to help me I WILL NEVER GO TO THE ALLEN PARK LOWES again I’ll do together with Home Depot

The lady at the return desk is very rude with a disgusting attitude, she tries to make her own return policies, be careful when dealing with her.

Normally I prefer to go to Lowe's. I would like to keep my money in Allen Park.
I'm very disappointed as I have come here twice. Both times, waiting for someone to service me for a dryer. The first time I came I just paced around and waited for someone to help me. I just got frustrated and left.
This second time, After waiting for some time, I walked a bit to get an employee to call someone for the appliance area. I spoke to a man in the kitchen cabinet area. I asked if he could call for some help. He said he already had an appointment with a customer in cabinetry. Then stated he couldn't call with his phone.
I had already done the research and knew what dryer I wanted, I just needed someone to ring me up.
Anyway, I will be going to a different Lowe's.
