The 40lb washer fit an entire king comforter & king fitted sheet. And the dryer dried it all the way thru on low in 30 minutes - making this the cheapest laundromat trip I've ever taken ($5.50 to wash + $1.50 to dry = $7 total)!”

“I’ve never used a dry cleaner before and finding this place was an adventure for me so I thought I’d share this here for anyone needing a recommendation for a dry cleaner. Now this was my first time and my experience was great. I wish I would’ve taken a before photo of this because this was ROUGH before now.
I bought this chair set off of Facebook Marketplace for stupid cheap and it really just needed a good clean. So I took it to the ladies over at Annex Cleaners on Dix in Lincoln Park and they did an AMAZING job!! There was wax from a candle or something melted onto the fabric and it’s completely gone.
It smells amazing and I was worried about the fluffiness getting ruined but it’s still fluffy and absolutely perfect for me. AND it was SUPER AFFORDABLE!!

“Carrie is a wonderful worker. I always know when she has been in working because the machines are clean and the entire laundromat is clean. If you need help she is there to answer any question you may have about how to use a machine. She keeps the money machines filled and the paper towel rack filled. Trash is never left in the cans when she leaves when her shift is over. You will never see her walking around outside smoking on the job because her customers come first. Everything is always picked up if it was on the floor. Please keep Carrie at the Woodhaven location.”

“Owner marked up my work pants for another tailor to shorten. Always friendly and courteous. Occasional mishaps happen with some garments in all clothing establishments, but it is the relationship that they will work it out that puts you over. I've had, at other dry cleaners untoward comments about my clothes and moved up pick up dates. Nothing like that here. They are very busy M-F for tailoring and they do great work! Make sure to bring your mask and high expectations. E.”

“I'm an OTR driver, and whilst waiting for a load out of Wolverine I noticed this place, aiming to do my bedding and two weeks of laundry. I called ahead and the clerk was friendly and concise. There is parking for a bobtail, but it's a tight fit, although they don't seem to mind if you park along the curb. Even if you have a ridiculous amount of laundry, these folks have huge washers to accommodate it. They also have an ATM and a coin machine, which both worked fine for me. The next time I need laundry done around these parts, I'm heading back there.”

“(I don't know if they really have 40 minute cleaning services. I didn't even realize that was part of their name until I was searching for the location.) Though I live in Midtown, this westside cleaners does my dirty work. They do regular laundry, dry cleaning, shoes, and leather goods. They also have an on-site tailor. I take in linens (duvet covers, tablecloths, etc.) for wash and press, and clothes for dry cleaning. I use their regular service that is a 3-4 day turnaround time. Prices are solid, and I've never had any issues with the quality of cleaning. Though I haven't used the tailor here, some of my friends swear by this one, so I will when the need arises. Lots of neighborhood folks use this spot, so it can be busy and have wait from time-to-time.”
