My first time to Kirklands and I was so excited. I love this store, they have everything I was looking for. AND BJ the sales lady was outstanding, so attentive and excited to help us. She is a gem. My daughter and I will be back, we purchased so much, however the store was closing.

I put two stars, one for the beautiful items they have and one for the good quality.
The customers services are so RUDE,
every time when I go to Allen park branch, I see the same tow ladies, they are so rude, they don’t know how to be nice and polite to the customers. They don’t help at all.
I don’t recommend this branch at all.

Best place for candles ?️ their pillar candles are the perfect size and are very sturdy ? buy online pick up in store is quick and they have discounts available online as well Kirkland's always smells good and is very organized five stars ?

Very unwelcoming staff! I Always loved shopping there but the last few time and especially yesterday the staff made me hate shopping there. They kept staring and mumbling and I overheard the man saying very disrespectful comments. They have no patience for customers, they don’t like seeing kids there or helping customers.
