The workers are lazy and have bad attitudes. I ordered an item online only for them to cancel it because they didn’t want to look into a bin. Went in to the store and the cashier told me the exact same thing and tried to be sassy like it was cute.

This store never has items in stock. Every time I try to order something part of the order gets canceled. Most of the time without notification.

I absolutely LOVE Joanns. Whenever I come to the USA from Canada I have to stop here. My most recent trip to the Detroit Airport was no exception. I was in a rush and the computer wasn't working properly but the cashier got me all sorted with my coupons and on my way!! I love the selection of knit fabrics here! My most recent haul!!

This use to be my go to store for all my craft needs!! And now it has drastically went down hill. Everytime I come to get something I need the store is so empty and they never have what I need anymore. This will be my last visit to this location. Sucks since it’s so close to my house.

They are always helpful and very nice...unfortunately they didn't have enough of the ombre yarns I ordered online so my order was canceled before I got there. Otherwise they are great on their yarn stock.

Joanne's fabric store is absolutely amazing! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest and most helpful staff, especially Laiba. She went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect fabrics for my project. She patiently listened to my ideas and provided suggestions that made my shopping experience a breeze. I couldn't have asked for better service! I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for top-notch fabrics and exceptional customer service. You won't be disappointed!

Had such a great experience at this store. Khalid in fabrics and the manager were incredibly helpful. I came here after the mistake of going to the Taylor Store at Eureka and Telegraph. It’s insane this is the same brand and one store can be so clean and organized, friendly, multiple cashiers, just as good as can be - and then the Taylor one can be absolutely horrible.

This place sucks. The manager is rude especially if you are in there around closing time. Why they close at 7 pm is weird especially so close to the holidays!?

It's a standard Joann. A little disorganized, but that might be because I went during a change in the seasons (Halloween to Christmas) and they needed to get rid of clearance. The employees are super nice though.
