I've been coming here for a long time. I used to see Dr. Kurt Young up until he retired. Dr. Mary Ann Skoures took his place, and I must say she is a wonderful doctor. She truly listens to your concerns and cares about you. She also takes her time and doesn't rush in and out like so many doctors do. If you are looking for a primary care physician who listens, cares, and doesn't rush I recommend you choose her as your doctor. You'll be glad you did.

Horrible service. Waited months for an appointment while my body is weakening for them to call me 2 days before my appointment to say I CANNOT pay cash for the appointment and my insurance isn’t covered. Funny thing is my sister goes there and just got the same insurance. They told me I was ready and covered, now I dont get to see anyone after waiting months? Ridiculous. They didnt care one bit and were rude. If u go here make sure you ask 45 times if you can actually be seen before they waste your time. I spoke to so many people over the months this is just unacceptable!!!

Took two weeks to have a surgical clearance form completed by my primary. I had to call them almost every day to get my paperwork completed and had to physically sit in the waiting room on the 14th day to collect my forms since they cannot be trusted to complete basic tasks like fax documents. They no longer can be trusted with my healthcare. They truly showed me that they do not care what is going on in my life - what issues I am dealing with. & if you ask them to do their job, they’ll likely roll their eyes and act as if YOURE an inconvenience to them. If I could give them ZERO stars , I would. STAY AWAY

I saw Dr. Wheatley for the first time today, and she was so incredibly helpful & down to earth! She helped me figure out the best & most comfortable option for me and I appreciate her taking my thoughts & feelings into consideration

The WORSE experience I could ever have. I needed a GLOBAL referral to see the specialist I needed to see.. come to find out!! The doctor I made an apt with did not see a global referral!! I called them to get a global referral as opposed to the one they gave me, and they couldn’t help me because the doctor I saw was new and not in the system yet. So they couldn’t rush my referral over. Waste of time, took the day off work for nothing!!I will make her my pcp now, but I’m definitely changing my pcp once I get my referral.

Im handicapped. And they been my doctor for a while but failed to get me a permanent handicapped license only gove me temp ones 4 months can't hardly walk but they dont care. Oh my names Michele but my post on here somehow got deleted. Woke up with gums bleeding and pants unzipped.

my sister went in for an appointment and her jaw is wired shut, she can not talk. however, no staff member helped her with getting things completed. they were insensitive to her needs and her clearly obvious situation. from as soon as she walked in the door till when she left and needed help with the pharmacy- she received no help. she left crying and frustrated with the lack of assistance she needed from this office.this office has on numerous occasions been disrespectful, rude, insensitive and just plain unprofessional to the patients. no wonder doctors leave and you have a high turn over.DO NOT GO HERE!

Nice nurses but when they put us back in the room to wait for the doctor it took almost an hour for her to see us and the office was empty. Not to mention my husband has a tube hanging out of his lung so he's in severe pain and just wants to be at home and rest.

I love this place! Very nice staff! I’m so used to going to the bigger medical centers but this is so cozy and still part of the Henry Ford Health System!
