“This staff here is underpay for what they do and what they must endure everyday. I am impressed of what they get done with the little staff they have. This Lowes is well organized and neatly everything is in place. I don't see too many old faces here which tells me they are in need of help. For a Sunday it was pretty chill and to my surprise there were some irritated customers. These guys don't deserve it but they do well in handling the situations that arise. Nowadays to us that just want peace it's a must. I like coming here I just have a good vibe of humbling expectations. That is all. “I went here to pick up some supplies for a local property. The place sits near fairlane mall and I found out the traffic can be kind of heavy at times. It was very busy. There are many stores around this location so it can be tough to find. Once i arrived in the store I was greeted and asked if I needed some help. This was really surprising and helpful. Some of these big box stores typically do not ask you if you need help. They were very helpful and pointed me to the right direction for various items. The same service guide that asked me in the first place also asked if I found everything. Great customer service and a breath of fresh air. This trip was a great experience and was a welcome visit.”
