Refuse to fill balloons for a child's birthday party. No matter where I looked I couldn't find hello Kitty balloons so I bought them and wanted to get them filled was willing to pay good money just to fill hello Kitty balloons up and I was refused this place is complete garbage

Love this Dollar Tree. It always clean and well lit, and they have a ton of cute seasonal stuff and crafts. I also like the addition of the coolers on top of dry goods. It gets busy in there, but the staff hustles to get shoppers in and out.

Very good stock of $1.25 items. REALLY wish there weren't $3, $4, and $5 items now. This was one reason I stuck with Dollar Tree over the others ??

Horrible customer service! I was shopping in this store today when one of the workers yelled, "Pam!", right next to me as she walked by. Not only was that extremely rude, that same worker refused to let me exchange an item for another item simply stating that it was from last year. When I calmly explained to her that there is nothing stated on the receipt saying that there is a time limit on exchanges (and WHY won't you honor returns, Dollar Tree???) she just walked away from me. Extremely rude. I tried to exchange this item much sooner (within days of my purchase) but I went to several different stores at that time and all were sold out of anything I needed. It seems their "exchange only" policy is just a way to deter customers from trying to return anything. I am extremely frustrated with this unscrupulous chain of stores.
