Always rude no one is ever pleasant! The store is always in a mess it’s never stocked! I’m only writing a review due to the issue I had last night! The woman was extremely rude closing the store over 20 minutes before their closing time. Stated it was illegal for them to be open. On several occasions I’ve been walked passed by one specific employee who thinks it’s more important to finish stocking shelves and literally walked right past me waiting in line to do something else. Then I proceed to look for someone working the register and was told they aren’t the ones running the register. Offered no help to get the employee who does. Come to find out it was the same woman who walked right past us. We had to ask her to ring us up! Then tell us can we she she’s doing something…. she will be there once she’s done. (Keep in mind she was just at the register as we were walking to the line)It’s appalling to encounter the same issues every time you walk into a place. Decided never to go back to this place and go to the one 5 minutes further down the street.

Went in for a door dash order tonight and found everything but one item so I decided to ask the lady that was working on the floor, she was breaking down boxes, she told me can't you see I am doing something, so my customer did not get what they ordered. Very rude.

Place never has a cashier ready. Live around the corner and every time I come I have to stand at the register for 3-5 minutes and wait for someone to notice me. Won’t be back here again

The assistant manager woman is the rudest most disrespectful person ever from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I tried to cash out I left my stuff at the register because kid how horrible she treated me she should be fired she does not belong in an industry dealing with any of the public she needs to stay home and quit ruining other peoples day

The manager at this location was so rude to me. He was super busy, and I needed an item that was far back on the shelf. Instead of bothering him, I tried using a broom to bring the items closer (I wasn't knocking anything down or making a mess). He stops what he was doing, comes over to me and says "I don't appreciate you doing that, you should've asked for help, I don't want to have to clean this up. You and the 8 other customers have done this." I stated that I saw he was busy and that I didn't want to bother him. I also stated that if I would have messed anything up, I would've put them back." He walks off, goes back to the counter and proceeds to talk about me to another customer saying that "People had been frustrating him all day." He and the other customer called me idiot, like I couldn't hear what was said. As I approached the other cashier, I asked was he the manager. Only to find out that the rude guy was actually the manager. I said, "That is so unprofessional to talk about me to another customer." He walks over to where the other cashier and I were....he took my items, said I could leave and that he wasn't selling to me. I asked for my things back to purchase. He told me no and that I will get charged for trespassing. So, I said to him "Call the police then, I'm not doing anything wrong." The police came, the officer asks me if there was another customer, that there was a problem with? I told them no, and I that was the customer that the manager called the police on. I wasn't being belligerent or anything. I stated I just wanted my items back. I explained to the officers that I was ill and just wanted my things so I could pay and go. My whole face under my mask was swollen. I showed them and stated that I shouldn't have to go to another store, because the manager was having a bad day. The police asked the manager was he willing to sell me the items. He then said yes, and had the other cashier could ring me up. I asked for the number to corporate, so that I could make a complaint. Everytime I come in this store, this guy is always complaining about the customers. I think his issues run much deeper than being frustrated with customers. I come to this store often and I have never caused a problem. I hope corporate looks into this situation, because a manager shouldn't act that way. I get he may have been having a bad day, but to take that frustration out on me was so rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. Had I been feeling well, I would have gladly went to spend my money somewhere else.

I was just asked to leave the store because I was picking up a bottle of laundry detergent from a cart. The shelves were empty. I didn't know I was breaking a rule that removes you from the store. The man couldn't say sorry don't do that? Give a warning? Everyone is short staffed! He stated I should of asked an employee

Loved this store when it first opened. It has gone so down hill, dirty and smelly isles are always cluttered and blocked. Employees are not friendly at all.

The aisles are messy, floors are a mess yet the associate was in the back office on her phone. We stood at the register waiting for her to finish her text. She picked her phone back up while she was making change with her primary focus being her phone. I tend to give a pass based on the type of people they hire but come on, if you’re on the clock, leave your stupid phone alone!!!
