I took my truck into your westland location and your salesman 749 Adam Nason ensured me that a starter could be installed on my 2015 explorer with one key. I paid and schedule my install and was turned away by ADAM , because he now needed a second key to complete the work. he offered no solution to fix the issue. Not even an apology for HIS ERROR.

After having them install over $1500 of speakers and stereo system, I had to go back because they wired all my sub wiring to the floor of my jeep. I’m now sitting here taking my door speakers out because my car was totaled and instead of them using the clamps like I was told they used, they just used electrical tape. ? do not go here. If you need audio and stereo work go to motor city tunes. Never had a problem with them and they are cheaper than here

I've been in the industry 17 years.a yes I do help out car tunes at times. but car tunes is one of the few shops I have always had s lot of respect for. of all of the hack jobs I've fixed over the years I've never seen one from car tunes. very knowledgeable staff from the guys in front to the installers. and most employees have been there for a long time ehich speaks volumes. you don't want a shop that goes through many technicians because they aren't quality guys. car tunes hires only quality people that have a lot of experience which is what you want from a shop.

Why is everyone at the Roseville store so rude. Starting to feel like it’s just because I’m female. Sorry I had probably more questions then the gentleman that enter who know more about car stereo. Nice way to lose business!! Sad thing is I was warned before going there about how they treat people, but took the chance anyway!! Nice ? thank you for proving what I heard to be true..

Worse repair service ever Had to wait a month to get a respond never got fixed had to pick it up and take it somewhere else to get fixed plus they charge $25 for nothing
