“Marcus made working with this Lumber Yard so much easier than I could have hoped for, and their prices were cheaper than anywhere else I called - including big name stores where the wood isn’t even good quality. I ordered about $4000 of wood for a very long fence and haven’t run into a single twisted or crooked board. They delivered it to my house for free, and situated it in my driveway exactly as I requested. Even if I did find sub par boards, Gutherie said I could come in and exchange it no questions asked. I did a lot of calling and going to inspect wood at different locations due to the scale of my project and state of the market. I would absolutely without hesitation come back here for any other project I end up doing. If I reach the end of my project and need more boards, I will drive the 45 minutes to get more from them, rather than going anywhere closer. Absolutely stellar customer service, quality and pricing.”
“I came for bricks to repair my porch, unfortunately, the brick that was originally used for my porch was unavailable. Bobby and Dylan then spent about 45 minutes going through all the bricks on the lot to find something that matched the color scheme/texture of the original. Once we found something that would work (my current bricks are mismatched colors) Dylan then went and pulled out several different pallets to get what I needed. He sorted them by hand to get the color scheme right. I can't even express my gratitude for this company, especially Dylan!”
“Great place... only takes 45min to 1hr to get loaded... you need to drop your trailer, once you talk to Pamela and she gave you directions... you can park in the front and take a nap while waiting for your trailer to get loaded.... what? Did I mention they will put the tarp for you?? Wow and the people they're so nice...”
“Very honest people. Had a 30lb propane tank that I thought was a 40lb. Instead of charging me for the 40lb like every other place does, the guy refunded me the difference. They definitely have me as a customer for life”
“I've found what I needed every time I've visited. I don't do any major building. This store still has the big race car carts, and holiday displays inside. This made our day, since it was too cold to be outside. I don't know anything about tool supplies, but as far as just talking your kid somewhere to be entertained for a bit, I recommend.”
“My fiance and I were looking for fencing for our new home. We had walked through the store but didn't see the wood fencing we were looking for. We asked a worker and he was most helpful in not only walking us through where the fencing was, to assisting us with what type of fence to purchase. Mundo (24 year old veteran) was exceptional at answering our questions and also assisted us with check-out and loading the fencing into our car. It's workers like this that need to be promoted and praised for their willingness to help customers and go out of their way to make sure assistance is given.”

“I came to this Lowe's for a particular item. I saw a mirror on the Eureka Lowe's but all the boxes seemed returned and I didn't want to pay full price for something that it's not brand new. So I asked my husband if he would drive me to the next closest Lowe's to find this mirror and he did. We ended up here and we loved it. Associates are sooooooo nice and polite. Also their selection on bathroom items are more extensive. I didn't like that they carried Allen and Roth but not in a full set of the Harlow gold. It would make sense for all hardware in one room to be same exact color and shade. Otherwise everything went well.”
“They unload pretty fast. The one dock is a blind side dock. That's where they unload insulation. It's hard to get into because of material stacked everywhere!”

“This staff here is underpay for what they do and what they must endure everyday. I am impressed of what they get done with the little staff they have. This Lowes is well organized and neatly everything is in place. I don't see too many old faces here which tells me they are in need of help. For a Sunday it was pretty chill and to my surprise there were some irritated customers. These guys don't deserve it but they do well in handling the situations that arise. Nowadays to us that just want peace it's a must. I like coming here I just have a good vibe of humbling expectations. That is all. Chief Be the calm during the storm so that you can bring everyone safely home.”
