Big Ben's Comic Oasis is by far the best shop in metro Detroit. They are much more than the small comic shops selling new comics and funko pops. They have Vintage comics/magazines, vintage Toys, cards, etc.It's a fun place to just visit and look around because you never know what you will find here. Have been coming here for years since Blast From The Past closed down and went to online only. It's hard to find a comic shop that sells older stuff and drive many miles to get here but it's well worth it. Big Ben and the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful. They also have a point system so you can earn store credit which is a amazing customer service that more businesses should have in my opinion. Anyways, if your hear reading reviews go to Big Ben's to see for yourself.

I thought it was just a comic book store. Boy was I wrong ? lived here for 4 years. My son and husband wanted to browse. Needles to say I'll be back and so will my family

Every time I visit here, they seem to be growing and growing. When other shops are closing or barely hanging on, Big Ben's is flourishing. It's because they have exceptional workers who are knowledgeable and friendly.

Extremely friendly staff. Very fair prices. Highly recommend this comic book store! We were able to get comics and multiple decks of Pokemon cards for the kids as well as some awesome looking 20 sided dice for adult gaming!
