We enjoyed a quiet nights stay at this hotel.
The beds were comfortable and our room was clean.
Our room was spacious with a nice bathroom.
The water temperature for showering/bathing was perfect.
The breakfast was good with plenty of seating.
The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and polite.
Rooms: Comfortable bed

Most of staff is very standoff-ish and doesn’t even make eye contact with you. They also never pick up phone calls. I tried to call them many times before we checked in and their management office tried to call them and they didn’t pick up. They’re supposed to be a 24 hour front desk. When we walked in the I saw the receptionist actively ignore the phone calls. The photos make the place look better than it is. But it is a 2 star hotel. The rooms looked nicer than the lounge and exterior.

Location is good. Close too most halal restaurants and Ford museum. The rooms are okay for the price.

Dude. The thread count on the sheets is higher than some of these other $300/night places. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were soooo nice. Highly recommend staying here especially for multi-day music festivals where your legs and feet get so sore! Seriously I haven't been this happy with a hotel in a while. Cons: powdered scrambled eggs for breakfast. But, many other options for breakfast food. Oh and they have a little pond with a turtle!
Rooms: Clean with great bedding.
Nearby activities: Well, Detroit.
Safety: Our car was fine overnight.

Excellent hotel. Nice staff. The hotel has a swimming pool and a restaurant. Opposite across the highway (5 minutes by car) is an excellent shopping plaza with a large supermarket and shops.
Downtown is 15 minutes by car.

Nearby activities: Very close to the Ford Museum and Greenfield Village.
Noteworthy details: Pool and sauna and jacuzzi were all nice (indoor)

Great location to visit the Henry Ford Museum. We took advantage of the special offer that BW had and got a discount on the tickets and parking. We stayed on the 3rd floor so it was quit.
Breakfast was ok. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I highly recommend this hotel. For starters, it's a clean and nice hotel. The food was delicious as I recommended their steak with shrimp and mashed potatoes. They can also make a mad raspberry tea. The pool was refreshing as was the hot tub and I actually slept for 9 hours. My only reservations is that I wish the room was a little cooler with the AC and that the hot tub was a little warmer. Overall, it was a very relaxing experience and I would definitely go back.

Checking in was a pleasure with friendly staff. Great pool room with sauna and hot tub. And kudos for a breakfast buffet with good food including actual silverware and plates, not plastic.
