I bought a part and asked for help because I was traveling and didn't have any tools they said they don't help customers with sorting like that, but I guess they just don't wanna help and they are being lazy, as you can see in the picture both of them playing with thier phones and eating! All Autozone stores in ohio I see them all the time outside helping customers even though there stores are way busier than this location( I was the only one customer there) first and last time here! If you need help do yourself a favor and find another location!

They refused to test a battery as they advertised on 1 occasion and on another refused to let me hse a tool they advertised. Do yourself a favor and use a different location

Spent my last to but a battery to get home and waited around for over 2 hrs, just for me to call and they say it's not in stock. I'm stuck in another state with no more money to spare for another battery. Regardless to if it were refunded or not, I don't have that money immediately. Also the lady manager that was in the back screaming, You need a new job if you can take care of the problem and have your employees do your dirty work.
