“Let me tell you how awesome this place is!! My car was hit while parked, and the other parties insurance was non compliant. Refused to call me back several times and tried getting my insurance to pay for damages to my car. This went on for several weeks, but MARY at downriver body works fought tooth and nail to ensure i did not have to pay for the damages to my car. I did not expect them to help with the insurance side of things but Mary offered since day one to walk me through all of the insurance issues, and she sure stuck to her word. “If you need any auto repairs, this should be your first stop! I came here originally to get a dent fixed (wish I would’ve taken a before picture to show it) and it came out looking much better!! When they drove my car he mentioned the brakes were very bad. I knew they were needing to get changed soon. They did all 4 right away and now they are looking brand new! They are honest and easy to work with, which I appreciate as a female because I have been taken advantage of in the past by mechanics. I had a great experience and they do great work!”
