Low class staff, lost patience with my dog and got a bit rough. When I had the nerve to say something, they got Lippy with me. Makes you wonder what they're doing when you're not around.

We will definitely be taking our aussie back the groomer did an excellent job I would recommend this place to anyone especially the ones who have nervous dogs I say 5 thumbs up

Kerry and Paige were very nice and pleasant to speak to. Both babies got their groom on. So soft and clean. Armpits came clean and bright white. Will be back. Thank you both.

Thee very best place I ever went with my dog. Very caring and careful of his back legs. The lady was very nice and fast. Unbelievable !!! The lady has a shoulder injury so won't be taking any new clients until she is healed unfortunately. I thank God she trimmed my dog's nails, he can walk freely without hesitation and /or slipping on the floors anymore!!!

My cat is very temperamental! She’s a 19 yr old senior. Other places wanted to sedate her before they would give her a cut. Kerry manages to accomplish the job with no trauma to my old lady. I was only allowed 5stars. She deserves 10! Honest, caring and compassionate!

Been here about 3 or 4 times to have my dog’s nails trimmed. Trying not to be the overprotective and reactive pet parent, I have tried to tolerate some of what I have seen thinking maybe I’m being too overprotective since they work with dogs everyday. However as of today I’m not bringing my dog back. When I’m at home I have a harness for my dog to keep the pressure of his neck. Here they use the rope like leash and have preferred to use that even when my dog has been harnessed. Going in was mildly concerning, but my dog was all over the place so I can understand walking him in could have been difficult, however when he was brought back out he was choking because the groomer was pulling on the leash to control him. On the ride home and since we have gotten in the house he has been making the choking noises and excessively panting.

I''ve been taking my 2 little monsters to them for about 6 months. They do a great job, get the dogs in & out very fast. Wish they were still open on Saturdays.

Had my dog's nails trimmed ( Amber) they were fast ,courteous and great price and to not forget they did a fantastic job will be returning here for sure one of the best little pet spas around thank you.
