Although they did not have what was needed, the staff was very helpful. In a recent visit by my girlfriend, they were happy to install new wiper blades. I would highly recommend a stop here.

Went to O'Reilly to get a new battery and have it installed. If I shut off my car it would not start again, I needed to ensure my kids and I were not stranded. Walk in within 15 minutes of open, no other customers present. Clearly let them know what I need, cashier was kind as can be, ensured they could take care of me. Goes to get the manager who would need to assist who stated, he didn't have time, he had other things he wanted to do, I could come back later this afternoon. Needless to say I will never return, drove a block down the road and was taken care of by Autozone who understands the type of business they run.

I have been in here several times over the past 3 years and have gotten quality customer service. Oil and filters, to parts, even returns bought at other stores. Today Larry helped me check the battery on my suburban, and was friendly and offered some advice about some other issues that might be the cause of the battery. Got me a replacement on the spot, and an hour later another young lady (and her friendly dog Odie) helped me with the core return, and checked the alternator. Very thankful for the service I've received here.

Normally an ok place to get help with what I need. Today I called looking for some parts and talked to a young kid. He didn’t seem to know what he was talking about. Then I drive there and a young kid is laying on the counter on his phone. Very unprofessional.
