The team is amazing at helping us with care for both our dogs. We have a dog that is sick and they are assisting with what to do to make him feel better. They answer all our questions timely and are very supportive to what our needs are. We greatly appreciate you!! ??

You can definitely tell that they are there for your pets. Everyone is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They make you feel right at home.

We have been going to Allegan Animal Clinic for close to 30 years and we absolutely love everyone there. So kind and caring. We had to put down our 10 year old cocker spaniel and Dr. Jason and staff were amazing they thought of all the little details to make her journey as calm and peaceful as possible they let me stay with her until I was ready to leave her. They r just fantastic people that really care!

Both of my cats were clients of yours under a different name as well as my boyfriend’s dogs. My cat had a Ruptured Anal Gland and before looking at her you tried to force us to vaccinate our cat, WHILE she's not doing well. Our cat was in need and you REFUSED to help her. They're both bengal's 100% not outdoor cats. So to outright refuse a cat medical needs over something so stupid is beyond me. Also when my boyfriend decided to not take your crap and started to leave. One of your desk workers, a bigger woman, thought it was professional to FOLLOW him out to his car and said "I hope you get the day you deserve".
We went to a vet that was WAY closer to us and got it figured out, so I hope you realize you lost 4 dogs and 2 cats as clients.
There is no "sorting it out" as the Doc was supposed to call my boyfriend back and didn't. Here's a clue. 4 Cane Corso's. Very simple to know who I am talking about :)
08/28/2024 UPDATE: I never called them as there is no need to, but after needing to take our animals to a different clinic to get our cat seen, we decided they were at good place to get the yearly vaccines for the dogs.
Anywho that vet clinic reached out to Allegan for records, Allegan decided to leave a nasty remark about our animals and lie saying our dogs were never seen in their building. That’s beyond a lie as I have photos and videos proving that we were in fact in their clinic in the room right beside where you enter and exit from behind the desk.
This place is BEYOND unprofessional and I advise you to go somewhere different that has decency and morals.
To leave a comment as if you’re confused as to what I was originally talking about when I left the review the SAME DAY it happened.
After this clinic switched to Jason it’s went down hill and fast.

I was interested in making these guys our new Vet, but they have a rule you MUST give them your full SS# and driver's license so they can collect from you if they aren't paid. While I understand it's important they get paid and they need to take precautions, they want this private info even if you pay cash for services. It bothered me they asked me more questions about how they were getting paid than they did about my pet.

Brought my boy Bruce in for his first checkup since he left the shelter. They were very kind and courteous the whole time. They were running a bit behind schedule on the day I was there but did what they could to keep everyone updated and informed on the progress. The Vet and vet techs all looked like they really enjoyed their jobs there. 10/10
