Says they close at 10 but every time i try to go there 15 minutes before 10 they always have the doors locked and closing it down already.

Greeted at the door with a " just so you know we're closing in 5 minutes". This was 20 minutes before closing time. Get your work done while the store is open don't be closing early so you can do your work then. That's not how stores work.
