Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Don't be fooled by the main floor size of the store because they have a huge basement. Andy's Ace Hardware is a true hometown hardware.

I don't recommend this store at all... I went there with a $100 voucher for propane from a local church. The Woman manager was extremely rude because she didn't know how to do it. I tried explaining to her how it worked. She didn't even listen to a word I said. Then, they couldn't fill one of my tanks, so I was only able to get $72 of propane... She tried to not give me any receipt... I demanded a receipt, came back a few weeks later. The other workers were equally as bad. Long story short, they ripped me off for $28 of propane in the middle of December. Now I have to take take them to court if I want to recover the money they're trying to steal from me and the church.*UpdateThey did only get the $72 for the voucher. The voucher was for $100, I never went back to the church to ask for the remaining $28 because I had already froze in the middle of winter and had no transportation to go there and bother them again.... The management and most of the workers here are terribly rude and snotty. I feel as if I was treated badly is because I was going through a hard time and was using a voucher, as if they are so much better than me and everyone else. Maybe one day they'll wake up and realize that we are all equal and try to become better people.

At this particular Ace, the team does a wonderful job of making sure you are cared for and find what you need. I have even come in last minute and they have been helpful in accommodating despite it being 6:59!

It's really frustrating when you walk in with the exact size of a specific belt that you need for a snowblower & the employees tell you that it doesn't exist. Clearly, they sounded annoyed that we even walked in at all. We went to O'Reilly's & got it in less than 5 mins.
