Terrible customer service and I felt like it was some discrimination going on and I was really uncomfortable. Please beware that the manager didn't even try to fix things or help me with the issue!!! Do better!!!

This store is always out of food products and takes forever to get restocked and half the fresh sold food is already almost at its expiration date and most of the dairy products are eaither expired or about to expire because they never properly rotate stock this store eaither needs to close or be remodeled and under new management all together as I live in this town and it's the closest grocery store in a 15 mile radius without having to to to Chesterfield do better Kroger

The store is usually well stocked, but it's hard to get to anything when people continously and intentionally block aisles with their carts. Not only that, the store smells horrible. It smells like B.O. and cigarettes every time I visit. It's disgusting. Costumers and employees are equally rude. Idk why. The only other location I've been to where the people are like this is the one in New Baltimore. And that location smells too. It's like Walmart without it being Walmart.

Kroger prices are ridiculous any more! The meat counter is a scary place to visit, prices are crazy!Plus a lot of their sale items are out of stock, there's rarely ever any fried chicken and Deli lunch meat prices are way too expensive! Meijer meat is much more reasonable!

Empty shelves. Store looks dingy. And last two times we got the rotisserie chicken we both got sick. Ridiculous long line with only 1 cashier.

Managers are terribly rude, the staff is almost worse than the managers. There always out of stock on everything. Dirty looks from workers while your shopping. Overall the whole place is filled with rude workers. You’re not suppose to be rude to customers for no reason. Someone needs to call HR.

Last time I will go. I went to the self checkout after checking myself out, I was forced to wait until an associate reviewed the video replay of me checking out to verify I did it correctly. After being accused of not doing the job incorrectly that I recently acquired trying to purchase the items? I am a customer, not an employee, I have not been trained, paid, received a discount, or understand what the implications of the tasks at hand. I came to purchase items, not work, if the public won't do the work correctly try hiring someone to do the job.
