I really bad wanted to love this drug store. I was a die-hard Young's drug store customer for many years until they closed. I love the hometown pharmacy, I feel like you're more than just another person with an insurance card. And Parks is wonderful, the employees are friendly. But, I've had more issues with picking up meds or having meds not filled or losing meds. I love this drugstore because it's old school and its locally owned. But, well with all of the issues I've had lately I'm going to have to switch because at this point the convenience of it is gone. It's much more inconvenient for me to use them because of the issues that come with losing meds/scripts. It's frustrating as a customer who's on driving restrictions and has a sister / cousin / friend picking medications up that has to go back to the pharmacy three times to get something that was there the whole time. Again, the staff is friendly, but friendliness only goes so far when you're wasting other people's time.

Would not recommend..nobody there has any idea what's going .on.Call in my prescription on Friday..lady told me ..." your all set") ..I said great thxI'll pick it up Saturday morningGot there Saturday morning they said" there out of it..won't be in till Monday "Someone should have called and informed me..so I could look around for my medicine....not one call..I'm out of medicine and there closed now......HONESTLY NOBODY CARES.Especially at parks farmacy

The employees are family-friendly and they can talk to you about anything you may need help with. Usually, if they don't have your medication in stock they will make sure it's there by the next day.
