Customer service is mediocre. I've been hung up on a couple times & they are not experts on installing glass on vehicles. (Sunroof)

Told they could do mirrors. Went there twice no one would answer the door or phone. No signs on the building to indicate it's Glass Doctor. Small sign on right window indicating Henderson Glass and it's blocked by a small, old camper trailer and an older truck to the right of it. Also no address on the building.
