The store is a huge rip off. We went into the store and they charged us way more then what we found online after the fact we already got the phones and set them up! Please please please do not go into the store to buy anything. They charge whatever they want to in the store. Spent over $200 when it would have cost like $50 if we would have used the website

They don't even have employees at this location. Got to go into smoke shop next door for questions, but they can't help at all really, need to remove this location from boost all together.

The store was clean and bright lights inside. The young man behind the counter was very polite and so helpful.He was informative and quick. I was in and out of the store in less than 15 min.To pay a monthly bill. It was a nice changeTo get customer service with a smile and someone with manners that knew how to count change back, not just hand your change back and say, "Here's your change "!!

I bought a new phone and signed up for service and was told by the associate that my phone would be unlocked after three months. I stayed with boost for five months and had extremely poor phone service and even worse customer support services. The store in Albion is not always open during posted business hours which makes it hard to get help when needed. So, I decided to switch companies. When I deactivated my boost service to switch to the new carrier I called boost only to find out that the representative in Albion misinformed me and I actually have to wait twelve months before the phone is unlocked. I went to the Albion store to see if I could have my situation remedied, but the owner of the store was very rude and told me that there was nothing she could do for me unless I wanted to pay to start back new service with boost (she only offered to wave $35, even though I paid my full bill a few days before). She acknowledged that her employee was giving customers wrong information and refused to take responsibility for her employees mistake. I highly discourage anyone from using boost mobile service and would recommend avoiding the Albion store unless you want to get lied to and ripped off.

Absolutely the worst experiences of my life. Mind you this is over 10.00 but it is the principle. On 3/8. My wife went in to buy a new charger. She came back to the truck and realized they had sold her the wrong one. Immediately went right back in and she was told that they out of the one we actually needed. Allegedly they were to receive a shipment over the weekend . no problem. Went on the following Tuesday, told the same thing. At this time an employee took down our information and stated stated she would call us when a stock came in. No call went. Today called in advance explained the situation and was told could not finf info on previous contact. Was told the owner was there so come for a refund well no owner the employee texted the owner. Was told basically it was our fault . they sold us the wrong product. Tried to correct it imeaditly to no avail on our part seems scammy to me will not return. Had a great experience at this location befe but will not return
