Still waiting for my reclining loveseat sofa to be fixed properly. Got it in Oct of 23 and seat on one side sinks down. The service team took it back to store to be fixed brought it back, still not fixed right. Asked for a replacement recliner said that that wasn't possible. Waiting to see if they will fix it properly. The manager said he would have to get in touch with the manufacturer. If I had known I would not have spent so much.money on a defective product I can't properly sit on.

Had made a purchase of a mattress a year or so ago… had an issue with it, and Sean took amazing care of us and helped us resolve the problem. Was very professional and helpful thru the process and only wanted us happy. Would definitely recommend Comfort Center in Alanson. A small town business with people who care!

We recently visited Comfort Center Alanson as we were considering a new couch but hadn’t yet made the decision to pull that trigger. The sales person was fantastic, and even though we did not elect to make a purchase that day, he gifted our daughter a small Serta sheep.This sheep goes everywhere. Quickly becoming her favorite toy, we now listen to Serta Sheep commercials on repeat. The number one request for her Christmas gift is a Serta Perfect Sleeper. Did you know it solves five common sleep problems?We can no longer go a day without a demand to visit a furniture store. She’ll spend hours (if allowed) testing all of the Serta mattresses and advising everyone to “feel that comfort!”Inevitably, this is what once again lead us to the Comfort Center’s door.While Miss Bo Peep wrangled Serta sheep and tested every mattress in the building, my husband and I were able to select a new Best loveseat (with many interruptions and demands for us to test out the Serta mattresses).Delivery was scheduled for the following weekend. The guys making the delivery did a great job removing the old reclining sofa despite awkward conditions, and per my request prior to delivery, provided a second sheep.As Christmas is coming, I see an uptick in the demands to visit furniture stores imminently in my future. I’m advised on a daily basis by Bo Peep that she requires a new Serta Mattresses so she’ll “Never have to count sheep again”.
