Does anyone know who owns this to get on a waiting list for a rental ?

The entrance to the Park is a little steep and gets slick so I think they should have a sand bucket at the entrance for people who can't get distance before entering.

The park is for the most part well maintained. It is well located to everything the north land has to offer.
