It's pretty bad when I put in for a refill on a prescription online and they never let me know that they needed a new one from the doctor until I called a little while ago to see what was up. So I called my doctors office and they said they never got a fax from then when the lady in the pharmacy I talked with said they sent one. So apparently it is now up to the customer to do all the leg work when they need a prescription filled and there are no more refills because walgreens doesn't let you know. Not a good look.

The store as a whole isn’t a problem, it’s strictly the pharmacy. They always seem to be out of the medication, vyvanse. I’m prescribed this for my adhd and I’ve literally gone weeks at a time without being able to get this. I understand how this may be out of their control, but I politely asked them if they knew when they’d receive more. The lady on the phone said “I don’t know” with an attitude and just hung up on me. Customer service is pretty weak.

I was already rather done with this Pharmacy when constantly having to wait in line behind six other cars to get our prescriptions. Then on a Saturday night I was very rushed in asking about my son's prescriptions as one was covered and one was not. Mind you I told them he was out of both. It was 5 minutes to 6:00 p.m. their new closing time for both Saturday and Sunday now... and she informed me very impatiently that they were about to close and I could get that information online. So Sunday morning when I went to pick up the prescriptions I asked the seemingly nice lady how much it would cost to pay out of pocket for that prescription as the insurance was saying they would not cover it. She told me even with a discount it was going to be $1,000. Never telling me about the RX coupons you could get by going to RX discount and coupon site online. Mind you it still would have cost $200, but that's a lot cheaper than 1,000! I ended up getting the prescription, but not from walgreens....... instead I got it with the RX coupon from Walmart for $14. It just goes to show it's not just the drug companies anymore trying to make sure they make the most on prescriptions. Sad that they would know a child needed his medication and not do all they can to try to help you afford it. I will never go here again! If you happen to not have insurance or need a discount as a pay out of pocket person...... please go to that site! It's beyond worth it, and avoid the sales people at this place let's face it that's really what they are.

So, yesterday I'm at the Walgreens store to pick up a prescription for my wife. The pharmacist tells me it'll take 20 minutes before it'll be ready for me to pick up. So I tell her I'll sit and wait for it. I sit down right in front of the pharmacist's counter and wait for twenty minutes. Finally, the parmacist tells me it's ready, but that I'll have to go to the back of the line of the three customers who've suddenly appeared at the counter. I reply that I've been waiting for 20 minutes longer than any of those already in line. She gives me a blank look. I tell her, "That's stupid!" as I get to the back of the line. What do you think about that? So, today I go to the same store to pick up a med for my wife. They had run out of it the previous day and had had to order it and had told me to come back the next day after 3pm. So when I get there today they tell me that the doctor had canceled the script! I reply that that couldn't be true and told them that they need to fix their store! I leave and then call the hospital where the doctor was. Getting hold of her, she is flabbergasted and tells me she'll call me back in a few minutes. About 20 minutes later she calls me and tells me that the store had been rude to her, as well. So she sent another script to a competing pharmacy. Amazing! I'll be picking it up tomorrow.

The woman at the pharmacy today was on the phone with me and immediately raised her voice and spoke over me when I asked a question. I would understand someone cutting me off while I try talking if I was being rude, but I was simply asking a question and did not say anything in a rude tone or anything like that. I don’t know the employees name, but this isn’t the first time she has raised her voice on the phone with me. I wanted help, not to be yelled over. Disappointing how rude people can be when someone is treating them with nothing but kindness and reaching out to them about their concerns. This is unacceptable.

Waited 45 minutes on the phone to speak with a pharmacist and when they answered it finally I was hung up on. Called back and had to wait another 45 minutes for them to answer my call and was hung up on again. This pharmacy is the worst around.

I use Walgreens as my main pharmacy and have really never been treated in a bad way. They're pharmacist is very knowledgeable and very friendly and always answers your questions. I like Walgreens a little better than like CVS just because I think they have a little bit more selection and their prices are very similar but they do offer better deals. Their staff is also and easy group to get along with however I have been in there before and there's not that many people working so it is kind of hard to find somebody to answer a question for you about where something is located for instance. That would be my only complaint

If I could give zero stars I would! This employee, Harley, was so rude and kept looking at me, saying things about my friend and I behind our backs to her coworker as we shopped through the store! When we checked out she didn’t greet us nor talked to me as I was the one who bought things.Horrible service!

Wouldn’t trust this place with your fedex packages. All I wanted was confirmation that I dropped it off, and they couldn’t provide it. The associate even tried ignoring me and helping others because I wouldn’t leave without it. I’m not the only one either, cuz I called the store for further assistance getting a receipt for my drop off, and the store representative asked if I was the same person who called 15 minutes ago. Super shady. I demanded my parcel back.

A complete disgrace. Told 30 min for a prescription fill and that they would call when ready. Then came back 2.5 hours later. Without a phone call. Still not done. pharmacist informed us that they would fill it right now and call us back up to the counter when done. After an HOUR. They tell us we can now get back in line and wait for everyone else to be helped. And at this point we have been waiting 3.75 hours for them to refill this prescription.

I am absolutely disgusted with this store! It is a 40 minute ride for me one way, I had three teeth pulled and was prescribed a pain medication, only to find out after I got home an hour and a half later that it was not in my bag, so I contacted the store got put on hold with the pharmacy for an hour they still never answered, simultaneously I use my husband's phone & spoke to the store manager at that time, because it is a scheduled narcotic and I had no proof that prescription existed. Only to be treated rudely and hung up on. I was just trying to get it documented or have them contact the pharmacy personally , she replied there's nothing she can do. I guess it was asking too much to walk to the back of the store, even though it involved a scheduled narcotic pill . so I remained in pain throughout the night and the following next morning. Very very poor customer service.

This place is almost as bad as Meijer. Worst customer service. Never has anything ready despite the automatic calls telling me my prescriptions are ready. Every month it's like this. I'm over it. Taking my business to CVS.

Was greeted by a very long line at checkouts, drive-through, and indoor pharmacy counter. Very long vaccine line; one gentlemen expressed that he had been waiting for over two hours and the half hour or so that I was in line, I watched numerous people who had just arrived get called before him even after he expressed his concern. When it was my turn to pick up my prescription, which is a controlled substance, my identification was not required or requested, nor was I asked my birth day, nor was my signature required. All three of which I am typically required just for my eczema medication, let alone a controlled substance!

I feel so bad for the pharmacy staff! I had a 4:45 appt today and they couldn’t find me in the system. I could see the guy was flustered. He had a line up in the drive through and in person. He seemed frustrated with me, even though I did nothing wrong and legitimately had the appointment, but I feel bad for them! They are short staffed and what is being expected of them is actually ridiculous!! So pharmacy guy, I see you! You are working hard and I feel for you! I told you I was sorry because people who are truly paying attention see what you are going through! One person at a time is all you can do! Thank you for being a NOW front line hero! I told you I hope your day got better!

Got a covid test here a week ago for my son and just found out they freaking dropped the ball and never sent it into the lab! Idiots! One of the only local free testing sites and they can’t even do it right! So frustrating as this is effecting my income until I get these results back which now I have to take my four year old to be retested yet again!
