Great service for tire patches, and my interactions with them have always been quick and easy. My husband is out of town and I have a cracked rim on my truck, so I called and made an appointment to get my spare put on. When I showed up for it I was told “ trucks are too complicated to get the spare out of” that they “ no longer train their guys to do it” and that maybe I could “call a tow truck guy who might know how to do it”. They also said if I could manage to get the spare off myself they would put it on for me, but other than that I was out of luck. I brought the truck here because I don’t know how to get the spare off, but apparently neither do the professionals. I would not recommend for emergencies. Save yourself the time and make an appointment elsewhere.
