A really great experience. The employees were very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. They were also incredibly nice people. Just chatting with them while I waited was nice. I will for sure be coming back to Victory Lane Quick Oil Change. Thanks!

Wife took my car to get an oil change the other day. After breaking my dipstick (for the second time at this establishment), and badgering her about the type of oil change she needs when she clearly stated what she wanted, they did not properly tighten down the plug or filter causing my car to leak oil. The only reason I chose to not do this oil change myself was due to lack of time and the price point being low. After spending the same amount of time I would have changing the oil figuring out what they did wrong, I have found out why the price point is so low. Your only job is to change oil and do it right, consider doing that.

Best instant oil change service I've ever had. They work quickly but efficient. They tell you everything they are doing and someone double checked the work done. They checked everything over And it was the most affordable. It will be my only oil change place from now on. I appreciate that

Left the oil plug slightly lose so all of the oil slow leaked out after being very disrespectful to my wife while there. Almost seems intentional. Oh and to top it off, the disrespectful person was the manager….

Best experience I’ve had in town, so glad I went to them! So professional, polite and thorough. My technician taught me how to reset my code the previous places couldn’t figure out how to and wiped the prints off my hood after the manager inspected the work! I will always chose Victory Lane thanks for having awesome customer service ethic and integrity :)

Overly priced. The shop didn't have prices posted, so when he told me the price was double what I normally pay, I was too embarrassed to say no. Then the worker in training was using the wrong bit for my air filter check, so I'm pretty sure he stripped them, because when he tried to put them back in the supervisor had him change to a socket bit. Once I was down the road, I began to notice a rattle from under my vehicle. So, in pretty sure I'll have to take it back in to them for who ever the professional there is to check it over.
