Just dropped off some odd shaped items that are shipping out of state. Gentleman at the counter was extremely helpful. Great customer service and positive attitude.

Packages have come the last 3 times absolutely smashed. Looks like they football kicked it 10 times before delivery. Products I have ordered have my destroyed because of it. Can't speak to a real person about it either.

Literally a waste of time trying to contact, it always connects you to a Audimated AI bot that cant do anything. It wont actually listen to what you say, and you would be better off talking to the wall. It wont let you connect to an actual person that can actually help. At this point they might as well not even have a customer service number because its useless.

We normally do not have an issue with the UPS delivery people but on 12-19-2023. The delivery ADDRESS WAS PLAINLY PRINTED ON OUR PACKAGES AND THEY WERE DELIVERED TO A TOTALLY DIFFERANT ADDRESS, MY QUESTION IS CAN THE DELIVERY PERSON ON THAT DAY READ, IF SO WHY DID THEY DELIVERY MY PACKAGES TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND THE OWNER OF THAT HOUSE BROUGHT MY PACKAGES THE US AT THE CORRECT STREET ADDRESS.

Delivery driver claims to have made an attempt to deliver my package but "missed me" saying a notice was left on the door. No notice. No knock. Nothing. I was home all day, specifically had that day off for my package to arrive while I'm there, and they tell me they missed me. If you're to lazy to deliver a package then I mise well just pick it up myself - but that'd be nice to do if they ever picked up the phone or if the website let me change my delivery. Still haven't received my package, still haven't gotten a phone call or received any type of email, text, or any notice on when and where to get my package. They're telling they will try again tomorrow BUT I WONT BE HOME.

I just want the drivers to know how much we appreciate them. Over the winter they missed my five way and went into our yard some (I too miss my driveway when it un plowed) and went out of thebway to let us know.

Do not use UPS ever. Especially this center as their driver steal packages. I've had several packages stolen that have came out of this distribution center.

The customer service rep I spoke with was knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. Took time to make sure I understood where my package was, how it was being handled, and most importantly, when to expect delivery.Highly recommend UPS customer service in Saline.
