I was incredibly disappointed by the haircut I received from a very inexperienced stylist, the ONLY stylist currently working at Ulta in Adrian.
Unaware of her inexperience, I was pretty specific about what I wanted, even showing pictures at all angles. What I got was a super short, incredibly uneven, dry haircut that I paid WAY too much money for. I cringed watching her attempt at layering. I would never allow her to try to "fix" it, so I told her it was fine and left. Great Clips would have been a better option.
I contacted the store and was disappointed by that response as well. Ulta will give your money back on any product you don't like even if there is only a little left. I did not even get offered a coupon for the inconvenience of having a terrible haircut that I will have to live with for at least 8 weeks until I can get it fixed (because it is SO short).
In addition to the haircut- the fragrance section is also bad. Very few scents to smell, the area was overcrowded and somewhat dirty.

Emma did my brows at the beauty bar and they came out perfect! She was so sweet and a perfectionist!! Would definitely recommend and will be back!!

Very happy with Christina and the other friendly rep who helped us. They were very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, two of our items came with free gifts that were out of stock in store. We were told to "order online " for the remaining stock. It's sad that online orders have advantages over store visits. This will hurt brick and mortar.

I placed an online order for curbside pickup. Before heading to the store, i clicked the I'm on my way button. Upon arriving i parked in a marked curbside pickup spot. I completed the I'm here and completed all the info. Then i wait and wait and wait. Finally i called the store. They didn't show any info for a curbside pickup so if i wanted my purchase i should come into the store and have my id ready. Seriously... the sign i got the number from said to call that number for curbside pickup. I could see her thru the window. Did wasn't busy with customers she was pidling around behind the counter.

Emma T did my eyebrows for the first time today and she did an incredible job!! I love benefit bar and they are the only ones I trust with my lovely brows!! Thank you so much for your kindness and how wonderful you are at doing brows!! Definitely will be coming back and I 100% recommend!!
