Use to be a Staples regular customer. Lately no associate seems to want to answer questions without reading the signs on the product or constant use of phone. Don't ask for assistance when need more help in further guidance in making a selection. If it isn't on the phone they can't answer a question.

This is an amazing and caring team. They have helped me on several occasions by going above and beyond. Today they helped heal my heart. Very thankful to have such wonderful service in Adrian.

After standing at the counter for 10-15 mins we walked out without even placing our order. One person was possibly working on an order and looked our direction a couple times but never said she would be right with us. Another employee was behind the counter doing something on her phone and wouldn't acknowledge us. Another couple at the copier looked to be struggling and couldn't get help either

I received one-on-one assistance with loading office chairs onto a cart and then into my vehicle. I was given the lower online price when I showed it on my phone. I was assisted with signing up for the Staples app, to allow me to accumulate $25 worth of points for my next shopping trip. The woman who assisted me was very accommodating and helpful.

Had to go here for an Amazon return. Store was clean but the line was very long. The associates were trying their best but obviously they are understaffed.

Shannen, in the printing department went above and beyond for me, what an amazing person! You do not find many like her in the world today . Definitely needs promoted, not only was she helping me , she was helping 3 others as well, she definitely is great at her job !!!

Associates who work here are extremely rude, not wanting to help you, don't acknowledge you whatsoever, asked for help twice, will take my business elsewhere.

Does this company even care about maintenance!?! I've only ever seen one person making an effort, but with equipment so sadly inadequate it was pathetic. Can't imagine how nasty it is under that shelving. Is corporate begging for a health violation? Probably a fire safety violation as well.

Been going in here for months to print off my invoicing for my business since my printer went down first time in August from there on after everything I show up once a month their printer is broken. Mulitbilliondollar corperaton can't fix a printer for 6 months?
