been coming here forever. the place was once great to do everything. nowit is in shambles. nothing if fresh foods (tornados or hotdogs) are ready to grab. boxes supples are all over the place nothing is stocked up. and you have 4 employees there just socializing. what a disgrace.

One star is for the young gentleman stocking slim Jim’s and shelves was polite and pleasant. Other than that Justin at the cash register was horrible, couple up front wanted to get gas on number three but was broken Justin told them , and the customer informed Justin that there wasn’t any bag or anything to let them know it was broken he just looked as if they said nothing to him . Than I checked out with a few candy bars a bottle of pop and some beer his demeanor on how he went about it was so rude than I asked for a bag for my items looked like he hated his job and didn’t want to give me one . As someone who travels to different cities and states and in retail/restaurants I’ve never felt like I was a bother to someone as much as I did here . All I have to say is wrong person at the register and will be giving my business elsewhere until I leave Adrian .

I wouldn't give any stars, but I have to.. Worst Speedway around. Last 2 years the store has gone go hell. Horrible, Horrible customer service. Always ignoring customers and the interactions we do have are rude as hell. Do better! guess they all can't be like the Dundee store!

Can't load a speedway fuel card after 8. Dumbest rule ever! After my last post i haven't been to a speedway since. After over 20 years of loyalty it's time to think about using another gas station that has common sense. On top of this just stopped in to check my balance on my fuel card and the employee doesn't even know how to do get job. Not the first time this lady didn't know this function. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES! And to the owner, I'm NOT clicking some link you send in a response to this post. Drop a name and I'll come into the store and ask for you.

I haven't stopped in to this local Speedway in a few months and HOLY COW has this store fallen apart! Absolutely FILTHY! There was only one cashier, a line a mile long, and this cashier was NOT ok. I can't tell you her name as she wasn't wearing a name tag. 11/10/23 around 9:45pm. She had on a long sleeved gray sweater, black headband, and her purse slung over her right shoulder. This girl was so HIGH she could barely function! She was slurring her speech, FALLING ASLEEP STANDING AT THE REGISTER! She was taking WAY too long to check out customers (hence, the mile long line) and people were dumping their items and walking out. Horrible experience. This store needs a DEEP cleaning...including staff!

Just went in to get $20 in gas & a couple slushes, the only cashier there (name on receipt says Jazmen S.) was stoned out of her mind, nearly falling asleep while standing & could barely function. Took about 2 min to stare at cash & sort it into the register for each customer, and there was a line all the way to the back. The male employee was running around taking care of trash instead of kicking Jazmen off the register because she was literally too high to properly do her job. Absolutely ridiculous!! With all the people who need jobs, please don't hire drug addicts! Hopefully management will do something about this employee.

Horrible. It's disgusting in there, they obviously don't clean for a very long time. Like is cleaning day an annual holiday from 5-6pm? Jesus people clean your place up. Make sure when you leave to peel your shoes off the floor too, because its practically a glue trap. Looks like a tornado went through the inside and outside of the place. And you better have the luck of a lottery winner to have the right size cup and lid you want. Not worth the gas ?.
