You could steal three monkeys from the Toledo Zoo, throw them in a burning shed with a baseball bat and your car and get better results than taking your vehicle here. First off I call and ask how much a quote is and they said 50$. Thought it wasn't bad and asked when they could get me in, desk guy said I could drop my car off when they open and they could look at it when they get a chance. Sometime passed and I call them and ask for an update on my car and they said they got their "best guy" on it. (I didn't believe it) So I walk up there and my cars sitting in the in the garage with no one in sight. I wait a few minutes and desk guy walks in and says the mechanic had to run a quick errand. (Said he was so good that he allows him to do personal stuff on the job) desk guy said he will call when job is done, long story short I heard nothing and walked down again and see my car in the lot, I walk in and see no desk guy, keys on the table waited and waited, still no desk guy( i was half tempted to just grab my keys and leave) then i see desk guy who said they were just about to call and tell me what they found out...they found out exactly what I told them was wrong in the first place. So I told them I cool and wanted to cash out. He had 150$...not 50 as told over the phone because my car was an electrical diagnostic. Their a bunch of unprofessional scam artists and now I have to look elsewhere to have it properly fixed. If I could give them zero stars I would.

So again like another gentleman went here I see from reading the reviews he had the same problem I had I was given another quote over the phone and when I get there it's a totally another price but come to find out when I get there I have to wait for a manager an employee to get back because they were on a run as I called 10 minutes before and they said they were working on my vehicle and they would have it done as soon as possible with a decent price the decent price I got for an air pump was over 1300 for a part that cost roughly about $300 this is totally insane I've never experienced anything like this in my life I would highly recommend nobody takes their vehicle there unless you like pissing your money away because that's that's what I feel like I did and I feel sorry for anybody that's ever taken their vehicles to this step above crackhead shop

I love getting my car fixed here! If my family can’t do the work I always get it fixed here. The workers are super nice and always give the best pricing! They usually can get my car in right away and fixed up pretty fast so I appreciate that.

Customer service is terrible! No appointments…and they kept the car ALL DAY LONG!! Had to take car back 3 different times for them to “find” the issue. The 3rd time we bring it back is when it was supposed to be getting fixed. They say its something totally different and was going to replace it without even telling us. They ended up not being able to find the correct part which I get happens. So I went to pick it up drove it home and get home and realize they left the hood open. That was the last straw!!! Mike the “manager” talked to my husband like he was stupid. Lied and took our money. The only apology we ever received was when I called Jerry’s car lot to complain. Absolutely appalling that a business would do this. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My buddy took this in for service on oil change and to diagnose a coolant leak and heater. This is the result. A custom fabricated joke with no function and still no heat. Replaced a sensor and this is the result. Hopefully they fix this wrongdoing.

I just wanted to give a little shout out to Clayton, Travis and AJ. This is my second oil change service. They are genuinely friendly and they give beyond excellent customer service, which seems to be pretty rare these days.And they don't just throw ya the keys after they're done. They are very through going over all the "under the hood" checks with ya. I hope the owner knows what a good crew he has! Thank you again, guys!
