I love going to postal plus, tge staff is always very friendly, over 20 years of going here i have never had any issue, i love the fact they provide you with a receipt showing you shipped somthing incase somthing happens in transit.

This place is worth ZERO stars. I have done business with this company for over a decade. When the Gentners owned this company, it was amazing! They treated everyone fantastically! You were in and out in minutes. I had never had a single issue previously. Now the company is under new ownership. They are tanking the business. It will most likely not last. I stood calmly and patiently for over an hour trying to get two simple packages shipped internationally. They were unable to serve me. Couldn’t figure out how to add signature confirmation to one of the packages. The other package, the woman couldn’t ship two jerseys. I don’t understand how this was too complicated for them but they are incompetent. I left to return home with both packages, unfortunately not shipped. You wasted my time and in turn didn’t care about me, at all. You lost a faithful customer who had done business exclusively with your company. Going forward you won’t receive another dollar from me. Getting frustrated, yelling at customers because you can’t help them, and then telling them not to come back, was a bad business model.
