So the moment walking in and meeting Hani he gave me a tutorial of the different phones they offer and plans they have I was definitely impressed on the way he approached me and knew right away what I was looking for ending up buying two phones and walking out as a happy client of there definitely recommend 5 stars thanks again Hani

Service was worst ever used store gave me run around about returning phones 7 day return policy is actually only 6 days called customer service was gave same run around MetroPCS company and all it's retail store lie about coverage area save your self time and money go to cricket wireless.

I bought a Metro phone there, supposedly with a rebate. Service was so poor that I tried to return the phone within the allotted days, but I had gone over minutes because of so many dropped calls, see even if you don't talk, just hitting the button is a minute! In addition they don't give you your cash back despite having to pay cash up front, plus first month of service, and was told by sales that he would take care of rebate after I filled everything out!! Guess what, I called the rebate center and the salesman never turned in anything!!! So now I am out $250.00 for a phone that didn't work, let my experience be a lesson to anyone even considering this fraudulent company.
