Emma in the drive-thru pharmacy has been friendly, professional, and efficient every time she's taken care of me. She turns an errand that is usually a pain in the butt into a pleasant experience every time. She's an asset to the team and I hope she's treated as one by her coworkers and her supervisors.

The pharmacy personnel is always polite and helpful, on phone calls as well, even when the customers sometimes are not. Many businesses could take example of their customer service.
