They do a great job! Melissa is the most efficient employee you have. She deserves a small incremental raise every 3 months for the next 5 years.

Every time we come here it's backed up and they will tell us on the phone or in the app meds are available, but when we get there the meds are not available and they tell us to come back hours later/ the next day to pick it up.
