Terrible customer service from a manager was told in past to use my Lowe’s so I wouldn’t have to keep receipts take back a door lock and get told I can’t use my Lowe’s to look up receipt for the lock and that it would not be able to be returned. I shop here almost everyday the manager Roger was rude and short tempered with me. I will be going else where for my needs for home as well as for me business needs

Ordered a dryer and Lowes delivery people cant even hook up my appliance even tho he was told to install it said i had to do it such poor costumer service worst experience terrible services

The store is well organized, but the Lowe’s protection plan completely stinks. BEWARE! our Samsung washer went on the fritz, but fortunately (or so we thought) the protection plan would take care of it. I went online and scheduled a visit, and a third-party repairman (through Sears) came in to look at it. Said he needed parts, and would be back in a week. We borrowed washing machines while we waited for the parts to come in, the repairman finally returned, and he was clueless on how to solve the problem. I went to Lowe’s and explained that we were 10 days without a washer, and I got the well rehearsed shrug and put off from their management… No one would push from behind to satisfy a customer who had spent thousands of dollars at their store. Finally the repair man showed up for a second visit, and Said that he needed a water pump. So he ordered a water pump, we waited another four days, and then They delayed the third visit by a total of TEN MORE DAYS, no explanation. Now here’s where the story really gets rich: my 19-year-old son, who has no experience with washers watched a YouTube video on replacing a water pump in our Samsung washer. We tipped the washer over, looked at the water pump and noticed a sock had gotten stuck in the pump itself. My son dislodged the sock, and voilà! The washer works fine. In other words, my inexperienced son solved a problem that a professional couldn’t even detect with two visits. So, if this is what a Lowe’s protection plan gives its customers… Don’t bother! It’s worthless… Thankfully, an amateur could solve a problem where a professional was useless.

This location the staff are nice and friendly, the store is always clean. The handicapped scooters need serviced more, theres only like 2 and when one goes out of service it puts a damper on people
The other thing they need to do and look at is with the price of wood is remove all the junk pieces of wood outside with mold on them and having the sides of them gouged like have the wood got shaved off
