ZZ's Sports Bar & Grill iis a my favorite. It offers a great combination of casual dining and entertainment. They have an outdoor patio, which is perfect for enjoying a meal or drinks in a relaxed atmosphere, especially during pleasant weather.

Sunday staff wasn’t friendly at all. My family and I walked up to the counter, 4 people were behind it having some kind of conversation, and all 4 employees just stared blankly without saying a word, so I stared back and said “We want to bowl,” and then they asked some one liners like “how many, how long.” No smiles, no pleasantries, nothing. They seemed annoyed and inconvenienced when they had to interact with people. The food is way too expensive for what you actually get, the quality is just not worth the prices you’re charging. And when did bowling get so expensive? Look I don’t need to come here, and quite honestly probably won’t again, you’re product just isn’t worth it to me, but you need customers to come back, so maybe put some effort into it.

Bowling for one hour Monday afternoon with 2 shoe rentals came in at 53 dollars. This was more than we expected and we were the only people bowling. Counter help was not friendly but the facility was big and clean and my 4 year old had a lot of fun. Will probably be back.

We called ahead Friday to ask if Monday (today) would be free for bowling for my birthday, they said yes, that it would be open bowling til 5. The brunette woman we spoke with today when we arrived refused to let us bowl, citing high school practices, despite open lanes, and gave us quite the attitude about it. There was no physical schedule posted either. No attempt to rectify the mistake was made and we left very disappointed and additionally frustrated by her terrible customer service. We had our friends drive up from Ohio for this, and we ourselves wasted gas getting here under a false assurance. Passing the blame on new hires is both unacceptable and, as a 7 yr customer service associate myself, I know that's not what the issue was, merely a convenient excuse to avoid the issue. At best, it was indeed a failure in training and communication, at worst it was a scheduling oversight. Either way, that woman should not be manning the desk acting like that. They've lost our business for a good long while, at least.

We are from Canda and when we visit our student at Adrian College we always go to ZZ's for a meal. We are so happy we found this place! The food is excellent and the prices can't be beat. Lots of big TVs showing live sports. The staff is always friendly and the service is great.
