I would highly recommend this business. We have used Knox account for over 20 years for both business and personal taxes. Everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Lauri and her team are outstanding. Thank you for always taking care of all of our questions and issues.

We cannot recommend her services as we did not get any assistance with our Tax issues. We had an appointment with Lori Knox to have her do our taxes that we were 3 years behind on, we were instructed to bring them in and drop off. We were disappointed that we never once met with her, but corresponded by emails in regards to what she needed from us to complete the Taxes. Once the Taxes were completed they were handed to us with no conversation from Lori Knox or information on what we could do to reduce the amount we owed to the IRS or penalties. In researching on what we could do to reduce the amount we owed on Taxes we found a great Tax Attorney, who ended up re-doing our taxes for 3 years, and reduced the amount we owed to the IRS including the penalties. We are grateful to the tax attorney who took care of our Tax problems, and assured us everything would be taken care of. We were very happy with our Tax Attorney and will continue to have him do our Taxes in the future.
