Unbelievably kind caring staff. It starts from the minute you walk in the front door and continues even after the visit. Care is top-notch and reasonably priced. The only veterinarian office we will ever use!

Saw Dr. Cole for the second time yesterday and both experiences were not good. She seemed to have a bad presumptive attitude towards me because I want to breed my female German Shepherd once so our extended family can have one of her pups. She seemed to indicate that I wasn't being a responsible breeder after I asked her what my dog Ivy's prenatal care would entail. Then after I brought ivy in yesterday to have an ultrasound done, she came into the room not introducing herself and never having eye contact with me. I had to ask her what her name was as she looked down towards the floor instead of engaging eye contact. No smiles, a drawn look in her face. I paid for ivy have a prenatal checkup and ultrasound. She never examined Ivy, but I was charged $60 for a examination.The rest of the staff at Kelly's are wonderful and she does not reflect Kelly's Clinic overall service

Kelly Veterinary Clinic has taken wonderful care of Little Mews Rescue's cats. The vets and staff are very caring and helpful.

I recently moved to Adrian from Toledo. Finding a vet is always hard for me because I have had issues in the past due to my 5 year old babies being Bully breeds. The staff here was great, caring and very helpful. Dr. McQuade is the best, we love her. She is so helpful, takes the time to talk to us and answer any questions or concerns. We recently brought a new puppy into our house and we brought him to Dr McQuade and are extremely happy with her help. She gets right onto the floor with him and plays with him making him feel comfortable. I'm glad I found them so I don't have to drive to Toledo to my vet there, for my appts.

First exam after having her for a year and she was a breeders dog so she is unlike any dog I have ever had. They take their time and ask lots of questions so they understand things. Been going there for 27 years.

I have been coming here close to 20 years. My 1st dog was being seen by Dr Nancy Kelly until she retired where I selected Dr McQuade as the replacement. She took wonderful care of my Norton until the time came.....Then when we got Obie she took care of him as well. But Obie is a handful when he is being seen so extra steps have to be taken. I am more then pleased when I come in.They are always good to us.

used to be good, now I’m having problems with them left and right and I will never go there ever again. The first issue I had was they wanted me to pay $4000 to have all of my cats teeth removed. I went someplace else and they gave me a quote for 1800 at the highest so ALWAYS get a second opinion. next time I went there with another cat who had an infection on her paw and the lady decided to spend 5 to 10 minutes combing and checking her for fleas before she even looked at her paw when I told her she needs her flea medicine soon again anyway. i’ve also had them send medicine to the wrong pharmacy TWICE. seems like they’re gouging for money and don’t care about the animals.
