Been there a couple times because I wanted to sell some gold and Please know they don’t pay spot price on gold ! Pays $10 dollars a gram on 14k when spot price is $41 per gram on 14k!. and the guy was very rude for no reason ! If you’re Having a bad day or not please stop making people feel your emotion and pay what people deserve!.. I can see why the parking lot is empty all the time !.. I don’t know how the place is still here !.. I recommend just going next door!. Just sayin

My boyfriend had to get his new watch resized while we were in town and they fixed it to perfection. The service was quick and professional and the staff was warm are friendly. I recommend this place!

I came in a couple months ago to get my engagement ring resized, but we decided that wasnt going to work, so I asked if they could put something on my ring to keep it from sliding around on my finger. They said it would take 3 weeks and cost $135.00. I got my ring back, had on my finger 2 weeks and the medal split apart on y the bottom. My fiancee Left a review telling you guys what happened and the response to that was we don't see you in the customer registry. Since you guys are so worried about that, I'm in the customer registry and I don't appreciate the response and I would either like a refund or my ring fixed for free. If I have to go to the better business bureau then I will because that isn't right

I took a vintage watch to get a battery replaced. When it was returned to me, the back was extremely damaged. Scratches all over it. The only response I got was that it was difficult to open. The watch no longer works. I assume the lack of care in removing the old battery was the same lack of care used in opening it. The watch was worth $900 before I took it in. I warn you not to use this place with any valuable jewelry.

I tried to have a ring resized and a broken band repaired. They told me my fingers were too small, they could not resize it to fit my finger, so they installed a spacer on my band that was not comfortable, did not stay adjusted, and the repair to the band failed within a week. The repair was overpriced. I think I'll try a jeweler in Toledo to find a new ring.
