Gave all my tax paperwork to h&r in adrian the beginning of February, it is now April 22 and I still haven't received a call or email regarding the progress of said taxes, i have tried twice to call and have someone talk to me, this would be the second year of not filing and I most likely will be penalized because of their unprofessionalism. Very disappointed

I've gone to this specific H\\u0026R block for 3 years another one prior years. Haven't had issues with H\\u0026R block yet. Prices are competitive to doing it yourself online (I paid between ~$99-$250 Depending on the year.). This year for 2020 returns I just dropped off forms and pick them back up. Nice and easy process. Alicia F has a fast turn around time for the last 3 years. If you want your taxes done simply, it doesn't get any easier or painless.
