“I have been living in the area for the last two years and always come here for both my project needs and assistance. To say I am a novice In the realm of home improvement would perhaps overstate my abilities. Nonetheless there are two employees I want to single out (sorry I can't remember the names of the many, many other wonderful individuals who have helped me along the way also) their Bonny and Matt. In particular Bonny has helped me numerous times over the last few years in ensuring that I get the proper tools to get the job done properly in a very friendly, kind, and professional manner. I always walk away having learned something helpful whenever she assists me. Matt is cut from a very similar cloth as Bonny as he is also extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and above all very polite. The two of them have always taken a genuine interest in whatever my project may be and go above and beyond to ensure I am properly equipped with tools and knowledge to tackle anything from a leaky faucet to a hole in my foundation where those cute critters love to hangout in. I also had the pleasure of meeting Sabrina the other day for the first time and she, just like the other two, was extremely helpful and polite. Ignore the negative reviews, people who have positive experiences seldom leave reviews, yet people are quick with their fingers to trash a store for any inconvenience or slight they may have perceived. This is a wonderful small town store full of people who care, have the know-how and want to help. 10/10 will always come here for my home improvement needs. Lastly a special thanks to Bonny, Matt, Sabrina, and the many others whose names escape me that have helped me along the way.”

“I drove around Adrian for 2 hours bouncing around to different stores looking for a specific bolt for a Jeep that no other auto store, hardware store, or even TSC had. Finally I landed here which was suggested to check out by Advance Auto. So glad they did. They had exactly what I needed and pricing was more than fair Thanks again, and I will be recommending!!”

“As always the staff in Adrian don't disappoint. I was in exactly halfway in-between Adrian and Defiance I called Defiance was told my item was on hand. Drove 45 minutes only to end up at the Adrian store. Dave said he had only 1. He got it and it was at the checkout when I walked in. Can't say enough about the wonderful people who work at the Adrian harbor freight.”
