I can’t recommend working with Tim Bovee enough! I’ve bought and leased multiple vehicles though him, my parents have been working with him for years, every single time he outdoes himself. He will tell it to you straight and genuinely gives his all to get the best deals in your interest. 10/10

if i could leave 0 stars for this location I would 100% do so. My roommate and I took her car to only get her brake pads replaced, and her tire looked at, which she explained over the phone, and i overheard. We took her car at 8 am, and it did not get finished until 4 PM?!?! does not make any sense for brake pads to be replaced.. anyway, we got the bill after and they charged her for brake pads, and then rotors as well?! and then they charged her for nuts for taking the tire off, but they could have used the same nuts they used before hand. they scammed her and i believe if we were men they would have never pulled this. On top of that they tried to change her tire and say it would be 220 for that, because the tire is unrepairable, but the issue they stated is nowhere to be found and I can take it somewhere else for 100? Let me know.. I will never be going back and will be taking this further.

Worst experience I have ever had buying a Cadillac!!! Wasted 2 days after coming to a agreed price and deal. To find out they would not accept cash. Ok so then spent a day at the bank after they requested check from my bank. Also after text and email telling me they would excepting a check. Then Was told they would not accept check from bank even after bank manager talked to them and verified everything was good including funds!! Hope your experience with this place is better than mine. I will absolutely never do business with these people ever and I will never own another Cadillac. Back to Mercedes I go!!! No hassles and excepts cash and don’t back out of deals..Ill upload pic of text!!! Would love feed back from public on this one!!!

Drove 2 hours to see a Highlander they had for sale. We were lucky enough to work with Jerry Hayes. Such a genuinely nice man and we felt zero pressure or the “let me talk to my manager” stuff you typically associate with car buying. We felt he was honest, personable and did everything he said he would. We feel we got a fair deal and drove away with the car we came to view. With a full tank of gas! No one does that anymore!!!!

Seems that the saying "that you can't get good service anymore" keeps ringing truer and truer. My wife had new tires, and alignment and an oil change done at your dealership. And everything went fine, the car drove ok, and the tires were ok. Before the tires were changed, we knew that 3 out of the 4 valve stems leaked. The main seat in the valve was bad and the stems needed to be changed. With a normal tire change that I have always had the stem is changed when the tire is changed, it is what I would consider a common practice. And wouldn't even asked about it. But not at Greg bell, nope. They don't change them unless specifically asked too. Like you must walk them out like a bad dog, do up to the tire and point out the valve stem and say "Here change this part on all 4 tires and make sure they don't leak" because if you don't add the don't leak part, they will change them and not test them apparently. And they didn't ask my wife if they needed to be changed. So now this morning we were both looking at a brand-new tire, flat on the ground. I was able to get air into it and noticed the stems weren't changed. I called your dealership and talked to William Foster. He is not a morning person. He curtly informed me that there is a 20$ charge per a tire for those to be changed out and if they are not told to changed out the stems they don't. I set up an appointment to have the valve stems on all four tires changed. All I can say is investigate where you are going for service because currently you don't even get what you pay for.

I recently purchased a 2021 CT5 Cadillac. Great experience. Carissa Miller, Sales Representative was awesome. Highly recommend this dealership. Other Cadillac dealers in the area had little to no inventory. Was able to find the car, color that I wanted at Bell Cadillac in Adrian. Very pleased.

Jason Kohlruss and Matt Bell; matter of fact, the entire staff, are tremendous. Most importantly they told the truth! I drove an 1 1/2 to make this purchase happen and everything that was said online and over the phone was true. I was in and out for only 30 minutes. There's not another dealership that provides that. Time for Bell Chevrolet to be spread throughout the entire region.

New car purchase: 2021 Chevrolet Blazer. Jason is an excellent salesman, he guided us with plenty of information and did not pressure us to buy. He patiently found exactly what we were looking for, got it ordered, and offered us an additional financial incentive when we were ready to sign the paperwork. We couldn't be happier!

I made an appointment at Greg Bell Chevrolet in Adrian Michigan a week in advance .dropped my car at 7:00 am the day they scheduled it for. I called the dealership at 2:30 that day and was told they have not had time to look at it . I would not recommend this dealership to anyone they do not know what they are doing.
