Im not emailing great clips customer service and doing their job for them, they should pay attention to their customers reviews.
There's so many things i would change, first is how people have to go online to sign in, it really should be walk in service, some elderly people don't even know how to use the internet.
The other thing is the quality of the haircut, at this location and others i have received good and bad cuts, Everytime i go in there i don't recognize some staff so it's hard to request a haircut from one specific person

Sorry not worth waiting an hour and 15 minutes for a 20 minute hair cut. ? get more people to cut hair. People should be able to walk in and wait maybe 15 min or half hour most. Then get a hair cut. Waste of my time coming here.

I thought i pre-registered Cody in but when i got there they couldn't find it so i guess i didnt do it right but she put us in anyway, but she was really sharp and acted like No you didnt do it right or you did it at a different store !! ,the one that cut his hair was great ,This is the second time GreatClips cut his hair ?
